   if your from the U.K you’ll need a FULL U.K Drivers license.[E.U] I’m not sure what U.S etc. other people need
   You’ll need to be 18+ to rent
   I don’t know any websites… you could try paginasamarillas.es
   but you will see many places where your there in the tourist zones
   you’ll be renting per-hour…
