drinking in bars and clubs this weekend? I was wondering if the new total smoking ban had effected business. I live in Alicante and we started of with about 20% of bars opting for non smoking status, within a year there are now only a handful of bars and restaurants who have not gone back to allowing smoking and those few are very empty.
