I still have unpaid bills. Do I pay these bills out of the tiny amount I was given or try to get my own insurance company to pay more? I didn’t hire a lawyer because I was really rattled. I regret that now. But regardless, do I try to get my company to pay the rest or do I pay it out of my small settlement (which would just barely cover the bills).

It’s going down as my fault because i was in the middle lane turning left when the lady hit me from behind. She called the police and neither did me or her have insurance! she had like an f-250 heavy duty truck and i had a little fifth avenue Chrysler. what can i do? i was planning to get insurence tomorrow also.
