best place to buy CDs in spain?

I was in a car accident (was hit), and got a settlement from other person’s company. What do I do about bills?

I still have unpaid bills. Do I pay these bills out of the tiny amount I was given or try to get my own insurance company to pay more? I didn’t hire a lawyer because I was really rattled. I regret that now. But regardless, do I try to get my company to pay the rest or do I pay it out of my small settlement (which would just barely cover the bills).
